2ED mindfullness session

In the middle of a busy and exciting term, 2ED took some well-deserved time to slow down, breathe, and relax. The children took part in a brilliant mindfulness session filled with gentle yoga, calming breathing exercises, and peaceful relaxation techniques.
It was the perfect way to press pause, recharge our minds, and learn how to stay calm and focused—even when things get busy!
From stretching like superheroes to breathing like balloons, everyone joined in with smiles, giggles, and lots of positive energy.
