Action Cancer Big Bus - School Notice

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Tomorrow we are delighted to welcome the Action Cancer Big Bus to our school as part of an awareness and fundraising initiative.

Please note the following important information:

• The layby will be cordoned off for the full day, as the Action Cancer Big Bus will be on site from 7.00am until approximately 4.30pm. The bus will be positioned in the layby close to the main school entrance.

• To help ease traffic congestion, we kindly encourage families, where possible, to walk to school tomorrow.

• Our PTA members will be available at drop off time to help direct parents and pupils safely. Where appropriate, they can assist families crossing the road in addition to our daily crossing patrol.

• There will be donation buckets at the school entrance for anyone who would like to support Action Cancer’s work.

• Thank you to our wonderful PTA who have taken the time to organise this for everyone and thank you to all of our parents/guardians for your ongoing cooperation and support.
