P5NK have been working hard to create something truly special – pottery angels! Using air-dry clay, we learned the techniques of rolling and how to join pieces together using slip after scratching the clay to make a strong bond. It was a hands-on process that required patience and care, taking us an entire week to complete these beautiful creations.
Our angels aren’t just decorations – they carry a special message of hope and joy at Christmas. Through our R.E. lessons, we explored the meaning of angels and their role in the Christmas story, understanding why they are such powerful symbols of love and peace.
Each angel is made with the purpose of spreading joy to our loved ones. We hope these handmade treasures remind everyone of the importance of kindness and togetherness during this festive season.
